Homecoming Scotland 2009 - Celebrating Robert Burns
Homecoming Scotland 2009 will be a year long celebration of all things Scottish and is expected to attract many thousands of visitors to Scotland. The Homecoming year was inspired by the 250th anniversary of the birth of Robert Burns which will also be celebrated in 2009.
Ayrshire Cancer Support is entering into the spirit of Homecoming 2009 by producing a special limited edition range of merchandise which will appeal to Burns enthusiasts and people with Scottish ancestry around the world. All revenue raised will be used for the benefit of cancer patients and their families throughout Ayrshire.

Our special range of goods includes our stunning 2010 Ayrshire Calendar which is available in both wall format and desk format, our special limited edition Robert Burns whisky which is an 18yr old Speyside malt, and we are offering everyone the opportunity to dedicate their own tree in our natural Scottish woodland beside the 'Afton Water' immortalised by Burns in 'Flow Gently Sweet Afton'.
